This article is all about how to convert numbers into words without using VBA, as excel does not have any default function to convert numbers into words but still you can convert by using VBA or formula. In this article we'll be using a formula to convert numbers to words as that formula is bit lengthy so don't worry you will find the link below. All you need to do is to follow the below steps:
• Open your data sheet, put this formula in cells where you want to show numbers in words.

- By default this formula is applied on cell B2 and our amount is in cell B4 so in order to change cell press CTRL+A >> CTRL+F, click on replace and replace B2 with B4 >> put back = and hit the enter
- Now you will see the numbers will be converted into words. The same formula you can apply to other cells as well just by dragging down.
