By following to below steps, you can create shared folder and can share your files from one computer to another computer easily.
All you need to have internet on your both computers and should be connected to same internet.
1. Create a new folder and rename whatever you like as shown in below image
2. Go to newly created folder's properties
3. Click on share
4. Select everyone and add it
5. Make Sure the permission is read/write, then click on share
6. Go to Advance Sharing
7. Thick the Share folder and open the permissions
8. Make sure all these permissions are ticked
9. Copy the Network Path
10. Go to another PC where you want to access this folder and share files, type run in search box and open "Run"
11. Paste the Network path which you copied and click on OK
12. When you will access this folder first time, it may ask for "Username and Password" so simply enter the PC's Username/Password and it will opened as shown in below image
So This was the method, which may help you to share your files from one PC to another PC wirelessly.
